We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are available for purchase. However, due to high demand or other unforeseen circumstances, product availability may fluctuate. In the case that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a refund, where applicable.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments for purchases can be made using one of the following methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your address.
2. Bkash Payment: You can pay using Bkash, a mobile payment option available in Bangladesh.
3. Bank Payment: Payments can also be made directly via bank transfer to our designated account.

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed. In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order.

4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or message. This email serves only as an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order based on product availability, pricing issues, or other concerns. If we reject your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Bangladesh only. Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order. We offer two shipping options:

1. E-Shop Delivery: Standard delivery through our e-shop distribution system.
2. Home Delivery: Delivered directly to your specified home address. You must provide a complete and accurate address for successful delivery.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on location. Orders within Dhaka can expect delivery within 1-2 days, while orders outside Dhaka may take up to 4 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, you may return it within 72 hours of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

If you do not contact us within 72 hours, we will not process any returns or refunds. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or sealed products, may not be eligible for return.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate and complete information, including your delivery address, contact details, and payment information.
2. Ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
3. Checking the condition of the product upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any damages or issues.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and improving your experience with us. This information will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.

However, please be aware that no security system is completely failproof, and while we strive to maintain a secure environment, we cannot guarantee complete protection against fraud or unauthorized access.

World Mission 21 Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, or injury. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order placed by you.
